Caramelized Cajun Chicken

    We really liked this recipe. It cooked quickly and was very tender. However, it is quite spicy, and next time I will use half the amount of cajun seasoning. I served it with grilled okra and corn on the cob. Again, my hint would be to use half the amount of cajun seasoning!

    The chicken turned out juicy and tasty, but a little spicy for us. I will try it again with less cajun seasoning. We used Tony Cachere's which may have been too spicy. I made it with mashed potatoes and corn and it made a nice weekday meal.

    This recipe is so good and so easy! My husband loves it, I love that it is quick and easy to fix. Use some Ranch dressing to dip it in, cools down the heat a little.
