  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring well. Cook sugar mixture, uncovered, over medium-high heat, without stirring, until candy thermometer registers 220°. Remove from heat; let sauce cool 20 minutes.
