Way too much caramel sauce, Monkey bread just floating in it on plate. Agree with cinnamon, which I did use, gives it a nice flavor. If using a two piece tube pan put foil or baking sheet underneath as the caramel sauce will leak out.

This recipe makes an insanely delicious and popular treat. I, too, make it with cinnamon as the cinnamon adds something extra to the flavour. FYI- DO NOT LET IT COOL IN THE PAN. I did and nearly had to toss the pan out, lol!!! If you want to gild the lily, warm up some of the same caramel sauce you used to make the bread and drizzle it over each serving. Nirvana!

I used to make monkey bread from scratch, and this one sounds quicker, however it would not be monkey bread without the cinnamon. I would use cinnamon instead of nutmeg. It's good warm, with vanilla ice cream. My kids loved it. This one is so simple you could use it for an everyday meal. Would I make it again? Sure!

Easy, Easy to make. My kids loved it when they were at home. can't let it get cold, it becomes to hard to chew. We never had to worry much about that, since it was always taken care of when it was warm.

Yummy!! I thought this was very tasty and pretty easy to make. I am glad that I read the reviews first. This is definitely messy while it is cooking. I saved a big cleaning job for myself by putting the pan on a baking sheet. I also used cinnamon. The only thing that went wrong, is that I immediately turned it over after it came out of the oven and half of the bead fell apart. Not sure how to fix that, but it certainly didn't matter in my house because my family devoured it.
