Ingredients
3 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation
1. Combine sugar and half-and-half in a saucepan, stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Stir in butter and vanilla. Cool slightly.
