Caramel Glaze is super easy to prepare and delicious drizzled over Caramel-Glazed Monkey Bread.
Makes about 3/4 cup
Total time: 10 Minutes
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Stir constantly 2 minutes; use immediately.
