Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoon(s) dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh thyme
- 4 clove(s) garlic
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 6 onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 8 cup(s) vegetable stock
Preparation
- cook onions and garlic in oil for 25 minutes. Add broth and seasonings. Cook 20 minutes. Broil bread. Add soup, top with cheese and broil.
