    This is a great dish and we make it all the time. Don't leave the salt mixture on for longer than a day as it does make it salty. Very popular recipe with our guests; with or without the sugar topping. We use a Cameron stove top smoker; super easy! Serve with roasted garlic orzo and steamed asparagus ..yum!
