    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Very good recipe with a pronounced coffee taste. I made it using some leftover coffee from earlier in the morning (Starbucks Italian Roast), and served it in phyllo dough shells. Rather than scraping it with the fork after 8 hours of freezing, I mix it up with a fork every hour after putting into the freezer. It's a little more work, but results in a fluffier texture.
