Caper Tartar Sauce

Yield about 1 cup


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet-hot mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons capers, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

How to Make It

  1. Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill.
