How to Make It
Remove casings from sausage. Cook sausage and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; lower heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
I'm not sure why this recipe doesn't have more reviews. It's a delicious, very easy meal. Hearty and amazingly flavorful with the different layers of spice. I added a teaspoon of shredded Parmesan and an additional turkey sausage link. Next time, I would decrease the amount of chicken broth just a bit, as it was not as thick as I would have liked it. Other than that, the flavors were just amazing and the quickness and easiness of the preparation can't be beat.
