This makes such a wonderful gift especially for office party's! To "mix" it up some,so it didn't seem like i was giving everyone the exact same thing, instead of using the peppermint stick only, i replaced that and used such things as mini colored marshmallows, white, milk, and mint chocolate chips, as well as blue and white m & m's, for my Jewish friends. Let me tell you, these were quite the hit this year. I also covered each jar with festive holiday fabric, tied with pretty ribbon, and then hot glued poinsettia's and other festive decorations on the bows. And with all that, since i bought everything in bulk, and Ive been saving the jars all \year, whenever we have pasta or are done with a jelly jar, it still COST LESS THAN BUYING THE ALREADY MADE ONES, AND THEY WERE PRETTIER TOO!!! THANKS! STACEY Z-

Makes a great homemade gift! I cut amounts in recipe in half and made 12- 16 oz. jars which makes 8 servings and gave them for Christmas Gifts! People loved it! Will make again for sure!
