Candy Cane Gimlet
A gimlet is a simple cocktail of gin or voda, lime juice, and sugar syrup. Our Candy Cane Gimlet gets a makeover for the holidays with the addition of peppermint Schnapps--and candy cane garnishes.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons gin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint Schnapps
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soft drink, chilled
- Garnish: peppermint sticks
Preparation
- Pour first 3 ingredients over ice in a 10-oz. glass. Top with lemon-lime soft drink. Garnish each serving, if desired. Serve immediately.
