  • 1 orange
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar


  1. Cut rind form orange into match-lijke strips. Simmer in water 5 minutes, drain. Combine sugar and 1/4 cup water in small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar is melted Boil 2 minutes, add orange rind; continue cooking 5 minutes. Cool completely. When covered, will keep in refirgerator several weeks.
