How to Make It

Step 1

Peel lemon; cut rind into 1/4-inch-wide strips. Reserve lemon for other uses.

Step 2

Combine lemon rind and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat, and cook 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 3

Toss lemon rind with sugar, and spread on wax paper to dry.
