Candid Sweet Potatoes
- 6 med. Sweet Potatoes
- 1/4 C. Water
- 1/4 C. Butter
- 1-1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 1/2 t. Cinnamon
- 1/4 t. Salt
- Lg. Marshmellows
- Bake Sweet Potatoes at 350 until soft (not mushy). Peel after baking
- Combine butter, water, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in skillet - Bring to Boil.
- Add Sliced potatoes to coat with syrup. Place in baking dish-pour leftover syrup over potatoes. Add marshmellow on top last 10-15 minutes until browned.
- Can make ahead and heat to serve.
