Canadian Bacon-and-Pineapple Pizzas

  • 6 (3/4-ounce) slices sandwich-style Canadian bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 (8-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) preshredded nonfat pizza cheese (a blend of nonfat mozzarella and nonfat cheddar cheeses)

How to Make It

  1. Place muffin halves, cut side up, on a large baking sheet. Broil 3 minutes or until lightly toasted.
