  • 1/4 cup(s) feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup(s) celery hearts sliced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) red wine vinegar


  1. Arrange beets on platter. Top with onion , feta cheese and celery. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar
