Campari and Orange Sparkling Cocktail

Campari, an Italian aperitif, gives the drink a bitter edge and beautiful rosy color.

  • 1 1/3 cups sparkling rosé wine, chilled
  • 6 tablespoons fresh orange juice, chilled
  • 6 tablespoons Campari, chilled
  • Orange rind curls (optional)

1. Combine first 3 ingredients. Garnish with rind, if desired.
