Cajun Steak Frites with Kale

    I loved this recipe but as the reviewer before me stated that you must keep an eye on the Frites as they cooked quicker than thought. I used a mandoline than a knife.

    The steak was a little tough to me, but the seasoning was on the money. I think next time I'll either grill or pan sear the steak. Fries were good, be careful not to overbake; mines were done in 1/2 the time recipe stated. Kale also had good flavor.

    Loved the frites.Seasoning was spot on. Very flavorful. As with the other reviewers I burnt some of them, cooking for 15 minutes and then turning and cooking another 10 minutes would have made mine perfect.
