Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (4-ounce) farm-raised catfish fillets
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush fish with margarine mixture. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
