Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 (4-ounce) farm-raised catfish fillets
- Vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush fish with margarine mixture. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
