Ingredients

2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
4 (4-ounce) farm-raised catfish fillets
Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.

Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush fish with margarine mixture. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
