Combine first 10 ingredients in a small skillet; place over medium-high heat. Cook 3 minutes or until seeds are lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in paprika. Store in an airtight container; shake well before each use. Use to coat chicken, beef, pork, or fish, or sprinkle over grilled corn or baked potatoes.
