Cajun Seasoning

Cooking Light JUNE 1995

Ingredients

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
4 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Store tightly sealed; shake well before each use. Use as a coating mix for fish, poultry, or pork.
