    I fixed this dish last Thanksgiving and the only thing I changed was added a can of extra hot rotel tomatoes instead of the tomatoes that were called for in the recipe. This dish was outstanding and it didn't last long. I am planning on fixing it again this year.

    I just made this to see if I wanted it for Thanksgiving. Although it was good, it was not best. My two sons said no. I used the Rotel tomatoes which sounded better than plain tomatoes and could not find frozen shoepeg corn so I used cans, which should not have made a difference. Other than that I followed the recipe. It was definitely spicy hot. If I make again I will try with maybe Mexican diced tomatoes. Otherwise it sounds very bland.

    Followed recipe exactly!!! Everyone Loved it!! Great side dish for holidays. Be sure to use the correct sausage and corn. It is a little spicy. It's perfect.
