Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Cajun seasoning
  • 4 Chicken apple or Chicken mango sausage
  • 1 cup(s) mushrooms, quartered
  • 3/4 cup(s) slivered onions
  • 3/4 cup(s) red peppers
  • 3/4 cup(s) yellow peppers
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 6 ounce(s) penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup(s) skim evap milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) corn starch

Preparation

  1. Start water boiling for pasta. Cook pasta as you prepare the following Sprinkle sausage with cajun seasoning and grill to brown. Set aside. Cook vegetables in pan sprayed with no stick spray over medium-high heat until hot; saute 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in diced tomato and mixed milk and corn starch. Cook 1 minute until heated through. Add chicken and pasta. Sprinkle with coarse black pepper
