Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 16 ounces Fettuccine
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • Black Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • Chicken
  • Cajun Rub
  • - 2 tablespoons paprika
  • - 2 teaspoons salt
  • - 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • - 2 teaspoons cayenne
  • - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground white pepper
  • - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • - 1 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
  • - 1 teaspoon oregano leaves

Preparation

- Cover chicken with Cajun rub and cook for 30 minutes on 350

- Cook fettuccine

- Mix cream, parmesan cheese, butter, pepper, nutmeg, and tomato in a sauce pan over low to medium heat until warm

- Mix chicken, fettuccine, and sauce
