- 2 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) Tony's
- 2 tablespoon(s) italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon pepper
- 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves pounded to 1/2 inch thic
- In a large dish mix oil, Tony's, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Place the chicken in the dish and turn to coat with mixture. Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour. Preheat grill for high heat. Oil grill grate, drain chicken and discard marinade. Place chicken on hot grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
