Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp
- Cooking spray
Preparation
- 1. Prepare grill.
- 2. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add shrimp. Seal bag; shake to coat. Let stand 5 minutes.
- 3. Remove shrimp from bag; discard seasoning mixture. Thread shrimp onto 4 (12-inch) skewers. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°) 3 minutes on each side or until done.
