This is a great make-ahead meal for a crowd

Ingredients

  • 5 pound(s) pork shoulder roast
  • 2 can(s) El Pato (Mexican tomato sauce 8 oz. size
  • 4 can(s) tomato sauce 8 oz size
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar

Preparation

  1. Cook pork roast in a crock pot until it falls apart easily. Shred and return to crock pot and add tomato sauces and brown sugar and cook for another hour or two. I have precooked the pork and froze it and then later thawed it and added the other ingredients in the crock pot.
