Caesar Salad with Bagel Croutons

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (1/2-inch) cubed bagel (about 2 bagels)
  • Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
  • 8 cups sliced romaine lettuce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300°.

Place bagel cubes on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes or until toasted; set croutons aside.

Combine lettuce, cheese, and croutons in a large bowl. Drizzle Creamy Caesar Dressing over salad; toss well. Serve immediately.
