Ingredients
- 4 cups (1/2-inch) cubed bagel (about 2 bagels)
- Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
- 8 cups sliced romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- Creamy Caesar Dressing
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Place bagel cubes on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes or until toasted; set croutons aside.
- Combine lettuce, cheese, and croutons in a large bowl. Drizzle Creamy Caesar Dressing over salad; toss well. Serve immediately.
