Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 bulb(s) Garlic
  • 3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) Sugar
  • 10 Anchovies
  • 2/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 2/3 cup(s) Vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a food processor . Once smooth add oils and cheese while the food processor is running. Keeps in refrigerator for 10 days
