  • 3 tablespoons organic creamy Caesar salad dressing (such as Annie's)
  • 2 (4-ounce) whole-grain, onion, or "everything" bagels, split and toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 thin red onion slices
  • 1 cup torn or shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

How to Make It

  1. Spread dressing evenly on cut sides of bagels. Sprinkle with pepper.
