Caesar Potato Salad

This is about as easy as it gets. To cook the potatoes quickly, prick them with a fork and microwave on high for about 4 minutes.

Ingredients

1 bag Caesar salad (with dressing)
2 boiled potatoes, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
Anchovies (optional)

Preparation

Combine the Caesar salad with the dressing and potatoes. Garnish with hard-boiled eggs and anchovies, if desired.
