  • 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk. Set aside.
