Caesar Chicken-Pasta Salad

    Great flavor and super easy!!!! My husband and I enjoyed it as a quick lunch with garlic bread. I cooked my own chicken breast and added freshly grated parmesan and cracked pepper. Can't wait to try it this summer with fresh tomatoes.

    YUM! My entire family was licking the bowl. Now it's requirement for just about every visit. My 3 year old who does NOT like salad loved it.

    First time family has had and we all loved it!! Delicious and perfect combo with lettuce & pasta. Did sub fresh grated parmesan cheese for feta. Caesar salad just needs parmesan. My only complaint, I DID think it was time consuming to make by time shred chicken, prepare other ingredients, & clean-up. Well worth effort, but will give myself more time next time I prepare.

    This was delicious! I love to find tasty recipes for hot summer days and this fits the bill exactly. I used Trader Joe's Just Caesar Chicken and served the salad with fresh berries and peaches.

    Fantastic! Tried this with ingredients on hand, so subbed red onions for green, fresh baby spinach for parsley, and basil-tomato flavored feta. Amazing taste and rave reviews all around.

    Great! Picky boys ate this. The only thing I did differently was to grill chicken breasts instead of shredding rotisserie chicken. Served with garlic bread and fruit. This is going into my regular rotation:)

    Awesome salad! I did substitute parmesan for the feta since it's what I had on hand. I think the salad tastes even better the next day.
