Simple to make, tasty and different than your usual slaw. I included the jalapeno slices, but I removed the seeds and veins. This is a great accompaniment to a weeknight supper.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced cabbage
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeño pepper, very thinly sliced
- 1 ripe peeled avocado, sliced
Preparation
- 1. Combine the first 5 ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Add cilantro and jalapeño; toss. Top with avocado. Serve immediately.
