Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh onion
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot

Preparation

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in cabbage and carrots; toss to coat.
