Thanks for this recipe. It inspired me when I was trying to use up odds and ends of food. Here's the ingredients I used: chicken broth, seasoned with onion, garlic, bay leaf, black pepper, and oregano; a can of Muir Glen fire-roasted tomatoes; shredded cabbage; red kidney beans; some leftover brown rice; and SprouTofu's Southwest-flavored veggie burgers, fried and then cut up. The result was delicious!
