Makes 3 cups
8 white bread slices, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
Pulse bread cubes in a food processor until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Transfer breadcrumbs to a large mixing bowl. Stir in Parmesan cheese, butter, and parsley.
