How to Make It

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add halved button mushrooms and minced garlic; cook 3 minutes or until mushrooms release their liquid. Add chicken stock and mirin; cook 2 minutes or until liquid is syrupy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
