Buttery Green Beans
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Bring beans and water to cover to a boil over high heat; cook 2 minutes. Drain beans; rinse with cold water, and drain.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, and cook 2 minutes or until butter begins to brown. Add beans, and cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with salt.
