- 1/3 cup(s) whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 cup(s) brandy
- dippers (pineapple chunks,banana slices,seedless grapes and cake cubes)
- 1)Place caramels,cream and salt in 4-cup microwavable measure.2)Microwave uncovered on high(100 0/0)2 minutes;stir.3)Microwave until caramels can be stirred smooth,1 to 2 minutes.4)Stir in brandy.5)Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm.6)Serve with dippers.
