Most butterscotch sauce recipes have the same ingredients. The METHOD of making is what's different. This recipe is NOT grainy like so many others so no need to add Karo. Try it on any summer fruit with good vanilla ice cream. A slice of home made pound cake makes it even better. Not for children.
