Butternut Squash Mash

This has become a holiday and dinner party favorite at my house!

This was absolutely outstanding. Very easy. (I made it the day before Thanksgiving and heated it up in the microwave.) Every single person at my table commented on it. A teenager asked for the recipe!

I look forward to this every fall! Tonight, it's being served with lamb chops in fig/port wine reduction and roasted broccoli. (Just suddenly disappointed I don't have brussels sprouts!)
