Butternut Squash and Apple Relish

Randy Mayor; Katie Stoddard
Yield 2 cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons)
Brown suggests using an heirloom variety of apple in this dish, if available. Also, we found Fuji apples work well. Serve with turkey, duck, or pork. At the White Dog Cafe, Brown also serves this raw relish with smoked salmon.
