Butternut Squash and Roasted Garlic Galette

    This was fantastic. I would use a little less salt on the squash next time but we aren't used to a lot of salt in things. This was a little smaller than I expected - probably only 3 servings max as a main course. Makes a really pretty presentation and so tasty. The roasted garlic really does it!
