  • 4 whole(s) Eggs Whipped
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup(s) canola oil
  • 2 cup(s) Flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients very well.

  2. On a preheated griddle, spoon batter and cook until bubbles stop forming.

  3. Flip
