- 4 whole(s) Eggs Whipped
- 2 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
- 1/2 cup(s) canola oil
- 2 cup(s) Flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients very well.
- On a preheated griddle, spoon batter and cook until bubbles stop forming.
