It's too sweet and bland. I plan to doctor it with some fresh herbs and add a bit of salt, also more buttermilk. I think a couple of tablespoons or honey, or just one tablespoon would be better, and then more other flavors. It just doesn't work this way.
Buttermilk-Honey Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk.
