Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise and olive oil vigorously until smooth. Whisk in vinegar, parsley, thyme, chives and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
